From Strive to Thrive:
Break Through
In Your Creative Career Now!
Creative Breakthroughs Workshop with Zip Creative’s Joanne Zippel
Are you highly motivated to take your creative career to the next level but are often frustrated by road blocks in the way of getting your creative work noticed?
What would your life look and feel like if you could connect to the “right” people and bring your art to the world in ways that would truly make a difference?
If you are a professional creative artist in any genre — writer, performer, filmmaker, director, producer, visual or related artist — the Creative Breakthroughs Workshop is designed to help you break through internal and external barriers holding you back and bring your creative life to fruition.
Led by creative coach, producer and manager Joanne Zippel, this 8-session workshop will address two essential principles required to thrive as an artist:
The Inner Work— staying connected with your drive and courage to act,
clarifying your vision, purpose and intentions, letting go of the negative
behaviors and belief systems that hold you back from acting on your vision,
maintaining a positive and grounded state of being as the foundation for
your success.
The Outer Work— identifying and taking the practical action steps required
to manifest your creative vision, creating community around you and your
work and balancing your creative life with your personal life.
In this workshop you will:
- Chart your current course or explore your next act.
- Clarify your intentions, formulate your strategies, put your plans into action.
- Create community with other artists, share and expand resources around your work.
Benefits of the Creative Breakthroughs Workshop:
These are just some of the topics covered:

The Benefits of Building Community Around Your Creative Self:
Creating your art can sometimes be a solitary, even lonely experience and cause you to feel isolated or disconnected – particularly when you are trying to get your work out into the world.
In this workshop you will experience synergies and synchronicities that can happen when connecting with a community of creative artists and like-minded individuals who support each other.
The workshop is held every other week to give you time and space to act on the commitments you make to yourself and to build continuity and community with Joanne and the group over a 4-month period.
In addition to the 8 bi-monthly sessions you will get:
- Sub groups for accountability and additional support in between sessions.
- A Private Facebook Group for the combined New York and New Jersey groups so members can share and expand resources beyond their initial group.
